Our youth wrestling classes are open to children starting at the age of 5 until their early teens. The focus of our youth beginner program is to introduce both the parents and their children to the world of wrestling. A good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to pay attention is all that is REQUIRED in order to be successful.
Before you head to the first class, make sure you have the following

Practice Room Rules:
- · Be Respectful to your teammates and listen to the coaches!
- · No street shoes on the mats
- · When returning from the bathroom, wipe your feet before stepping on the mat
- · No parents in the wrestling room. This allows the athletes to focus on instruction from the coaches
- · No horseplay!
